I'm looking into getting a roommate for my apartment in Cable Beach. The space will not be available until January, but I know it can be a lengthy process lining up work permits, etc. to get out here so I'm starting to post now for all who are interested.
I'm a 28yo male from the states who recently moved to the island only a few weeks ago but would like to share the space. It really is a nice 2bed/1bath spot with all the amenities necessary for comfortable living. (Washer/dryer/wine cooler/furnished/privacy courtyard/rear patio/tile throughout/etc.)
I'm up at 6 and back home by 5ish usually and tend to work a few hours from home every evening but I do go out and enjoy the island as much as possible.
Let me know if anyone is interested. I pay $1800 for the place and would be willing to negotiate your portion of the rent. Beaches and local bars are just a brief walk away.. Read anything about Cable Beach and it's expat friendly. If this get's some traction we can directly email to get some communication moving forward.
