Has anyone purchased a car upon arriving in the Bahamas, and if so, could you provide the name(s) of some reputable dealerships? Any insight into the process would be appreciated too.

We continue to hear about how cars are imported directly from Japan, and these casn be very inexpensive. BUT, while we were visiting in March, our realtor did not allude to that at all. What's a reasonable price to pay for a basic car or small SUV??
