I have been looking for about a year now and if anyone is interested let me know.
I have found a property on Grand Bahama on canal that needs some extensive work. I have done all the leg work, know what it is going to cost for the repairs (+ or - 20%) and looking for a 50-50 partner. 50 -50 means cost of purchase, cost of repair and reno, cost of SUV, cost of boat/jet ski basically the whole 9 yards. I am fortunate and know electrical, basic construction, plumbing etc... Its a larger home 45oosqft and we would only be looking to stay 15 weeks a year. cost is about $230k each with the overage the looking for someone to commit to at least 5 to 8 years.
