Considering Move to Leuvenish area!

Hi, I am new to this site! I have visited Belgium many times in the past in various areas and fell in love with the country and people. Im 41 yr old single female seeking a life change. I live and work in Dallas Tx, as an interior designer for new residential construction. I also volunteer in helping provide low income sustainable housing for underprivagled families in rural suburbs. I am currently taking French and Dutch for the past 6 months. Can anyone give me advice if this would even be possible to re-locate without working for a company there, or being a non degreed citizen??
