Hi there,
My British family of 5 will be moving to Brussels with my husband's job once travel restrictions lift.
We have 3 kids (13,11,9) and are trying to get their French language skills as ready as possible to aid with a school transfer.
International schools are not in our budget and we are particularly concerned about our eldest daughter's academic career taking a it as she transitions to new language etc.
If anyone has kids who have made similar transfers, I would love to hear of your experiences to help us navigate our new adventure.
I understand secondary schools have either a technical or academic focus - how does one negotiate enrolment successfully?
Any advice on this would be welcome.
