dreamscapes prices

Hi all, I own a lot in Dreamscapes purchased sight un seen. Have had extensive contact with developers. Helped rewrite the covenants and restrictions.

Looks good. Question

Has anyone EVER received a price list with a $14,000 lot?

I purchased a loan return in Ocean Reef at a pretty good price. However, I have NEVER seen a $14,000 price except in advertising.

This disturbs me since I think project is basically honest and doesn't have to use bait and switch tactics.
