How to rent apartments? + Tour Guide job?

1. How can I rent an apartment in Belize?

I see that there are lots of people advertising their air b n bs, but these seem to be at extortionate prices ($4000 a month). I would love to live in Ambergris Caye, San Pedro, or Caye Caulker as these seem to have a large expat community.

Is there a website or a facebook group that has advertisements for rentals? I would just need one bed and one bathroom!

2. Tour Guide job

I am currently a tour guide in London and I absolutely love it, it's always been my dream job. I was wondering if it was possible for me to become a tour guide in Belize? Is that possible for an expat? I reached out to the main tour guide industry website and they didn't respond- but I know that things move slowly in Belize.
