Bermuda Social Insurance Contributory Pension Fund Gratuity refund of contributions

Hi, hoping someone who has been through this process can help, please. I understand that as a former expat who lived and worked in Bermuda for six years in the 1980s/1990s but who doesn't have enough contributions to claim the Bda Contributory Pension, I can seek a refund of the contributions that both I and my employer paid over the six year period when I turn 65.
If anyone has any advice as to how to go about this I would be very grateful as there doesn't seem to be much information online.
Did you receive interest on the contributions? Going back over 3o years the interest could be quite a significant amount.
Many thanks for any help you can provide.
Happy memories of fun times on that beautiful island :)
