retirement in Bolivia

If you feel that you would like to
retire in someplace very exotic,
a place that "sleeps", a place that hasn't yet been ruined by all kinds of complicated laws, where the foreign community stays together
and meets often.
Chances are that I will be organizing possibility for a group of people to do so. I've been watching how the normal european
way of doing this is, and it makes me mad. Normally people dream of retiring in Spain, for example, few get to do it, and it's very expensive
Prices are like in Northern Europe if not more.
Bolivia has lot more to offer as far as nature or culture, which still exist.
I would like to form a commun, I am not selling anything, just would like have a job in so doing.
I'm looking for about 16 people.
We can purchase a pice of property
and make it to a co-op or we can keep it independent. Anyway there would be some houses constructed
on the lots.
We can select a place of everyones
interest.
I have lived twelve yrs. in Bolivia,
currently live in Finland, but want to return badly. If interested pls. Also this could be filmed if it helps us financially.
