Buy-to-let in Florianopolis

Hello!
I am looking for advice on buying and then letting property in Florianopolis. I am UK-based. I have visted the area a few times but would appreciate advice on specific areas (particularly Ingleses) and also the difficulties a foreigner may face in doing this.
