Hello everyone!
I am about to finish my masters degree in Computer Engineering in a top engineering university in Europe (Bachelors in the US but no work experience yet), and these winters are really getting to me right about now. The thought of moving to Brazil fills my thoughts and I'm going to push to make it a reality.
Basically, I'm in the high tech field. Not Software Engineering, but into hardware engineering, microelectronics, embedded systems (just a bit of that)... basically, high tech stuff. I met with some south american friends living and working in Brazil in a related field and they tell me there is work there.
Questions are, how difficult is it to get a visa or a job which would sponsor one? How different is the quality of life for an expat from the north east or the south?
What would be nice would be pay enough to make a living, good people, perhaps a beach, and, being terribly blunt here, a nice combination of brown, white, black girls to look and smile at.
Languages: Spanish and English.
Nationalities: Mexican and one European.
Spirit: Strong spirit for seeing new places and meeting new people.
Cheers! And thanks for any input!
