Relocating to Brazil, where, and what is my job opportunities?

Hey everybody, Im a 27 yo Norwegian guy considering relocating from Norway. I have a gf from Hortolandia that I met in the US a few years ago, and I´ve been with her here in Brazil for a month now.
Im not a big fan of the climate in Norway, not so much the culture and people either, to be honest.

From Norway, I have en education as an EMT, and I really like that job, and would like to try that here as well.
Another job that seems interesting, at least for a couple of years, is a guide for tour groups. They also have the emergency medical team that accompanies the military police on operations, which could be interesting, as long as the risk isnt too high. I dont know a lot about any of these jobs, but it is what seems most appealing to me as of now.

I know I need very good portuguese skills for those jobs, but I´m willing to put in the effort needed.

I guess the only way for me to get an EMT job would be to marry my gf, but do I need that to get a job as a tour guide as well?
My qualifications for being a tour guide, would be that, in addition to be fluent in english, I have worked one year in Disney World, FL. I have also lived 1 year in USA before that, if that has anything to say.
I know it doesnt make me very unique, but will it be sufficient to get a tour guide job?

If I were to get a job here, anybody knows how flexible the employers are about letting their employees work abroad for some months per year? I would probably need that to be able to have a decent standard of living here.

Im also a bit uncertain about living here in Hortolandia, since it is a bit boring here, it doesnt seem like its many things to do in the spare time, far away from the beach, and Im not sure about the safety here.
I have never felt unsafe here, but my gf constantly worries about my safety, and she told me that a couple of years ago, it was a lot of house robberies in this neighborhood, even a couple that ended up with some of the victims killed. Its better at the moment, since they eventually got a guard that patrols the neighborhood, but now its a corrupt guy who my gf doesnt have any faith in, and I guess its not very unlikely that some day the robberies will start again.
Im also often reminded to be a bit skeptical of people who try to become friends with me, because you never know who has more sinister agendas here….

Is all of Brazil more or less like this?

I know it probably doesnt exists, but the perfect place for me to relocate would be a tropical place, close to the beach, with a gym that has boxing classes, some places to go out dancing in the weekends, and where I would be able to have some of the above mentioned work.

Playa del Carmen fitted that description very well, and I really fell in love with that place when I lived there for 1,5 month. It was also very safe and not too big. Im not sure about the job opportunities there though.

Before this get so long that nobody bothers to read it, does anybody have any inputs for me, anything I should take into consideration, or can tell me more about some of the jobs I mentioned, places to live or anything?

Thanks:)
