Private Healthcare for Pregnancy

Hi all,

My wife is pregnant and we're looking to purchase private health insurance that will cover as much as possible of the appointments and birth process. I know there is national healthcare, but we want something more specialized, wanting a natural water-birth with a midwife and dula.

Has anyone had a baby with private health insurance in Brazil? We will be in Curitiba specifically. If so, how was your experience? Any and all information is greatly appreciated.
