Property prices - negotiable.

Hi. I'm just in the process of buying a property in Bg, inland from Burgas. The price was £6,700 and whilst there we met the owners (who were lovely) and had a good look at the surrounding area.
Once back at the agent's office i asked him to telephone the owners to see if they would drop the price (well, you'll never know if you don't ask!)* He said he would phone and ring us later that night - which he did. To my surprise the owners dropped the price by £1000 so my cheek was well worth the momentary madness!
If you search hard, you can find inland property with the necessaries you need - ie telephone etc. Our property even has satalite tv which is great and a landline phone.
