Just bought a house

Hi All, We have just bought a house in Medovo, we need want to have a stone wall built around the property and have seen one that we like, does anyone have a contact that can do this and also maybe to put an extension on the house. We do not want to pay the price that developers charge and would rather deal direct with a tradesman. We are really pleased with what we have but it is quite small. We have a lot of spare furniture etc that we could use over there but how would we get it transported, Any ideas will you please let me know,
