Ski Resorts Bulgaria

Hi
Me and a friend are looking at buying a house/guesthouse in one of the ski resorts. We are both avid skiers and wish to live in bulgaria for the winter season and offer ski tuition/guide to UK guests.

In the summer we would rent it out.

Does anyone live in the area, or can offer any advice about buying in one of these resorts.
