Need help with event

Hi, I'm a New Yorker and my girlfriend's family lives in Gabrovo. She and I are having a wedding there on May 12th with lots of American visitors. We're having some difficulty with the issue associated with hotel, transport, communications, vendors, etc., and my bride is worried sick that the wedding's success will be put in jeopardy. I'm looking for someone very capable who speaks Bulgarian and English well to assist us in a few things. It will mostly be working the phones and acting as a troubleshooter in Sofia & Gabrovo and being on hand from May 9th to May 12th. Everything works so differently in Bulgaria - I thought maybe the ex-pat community might be a good place to look for help? So if you or someone you know has good language skills and is looking to make some quick cash, please let me know. Thanks,
