transfer money with globalwebpay

Has anyone had any experience with transferring money to a Bulgarian bank (Raifeissen) using online transfer services globalwebpay or Paypal? I've been using SWIFT transfers until now but they cost GBP25 each time whereas the online services are about GBP5. Is there a cheaper way to do it?
