Yoga and Meditation classes in English

Hello. We are a new Classical Yoga and Meditation school in Sofia, Bulgaria. We offer hatha yoga classes (Shivananda tradition) in English to all levels, as well as FREE group meditation (satsang) every Friday. First trial class is free.

Our main teacher, Atmaram, has 25 years of teaching experience all over the world as a monk in the international ShivanandaYoga organization. French-born Canadian, he speaks and teaches in English, French, German, Spanish, and Russian. He is a much loved teacher who teaches with a lot of warmth, compassion, and humor.
