I am in the process of researching a relocation to Bulgaria. I would like to get some feedback on quality of life and business conditions. A short background on me, I have been a UK non-dom for the last 14 years mostly in Eastern and Central Europe so I am conditioned to change. Bulgaria is interesting to me as it seems to offer quite diverse weather throughout the country. I have had my fill of snow covered winters with temps as low as -20, so I am drawn to the black sea coast line of Bulgaria. I will need to operate an office so I am will be looking for IT people and English speaking admin would I be limited to Burgas and Varna. I would also like to be within 30 mins of an international airport. Any feedback
