buy a house move bulgaria

I'm a UK citizen. I want to buy a house in rural Bulgaria and move there to live permanently. I'll probably TEFL to supplement my savings. (Possible open a small school for tutoring services.)

I'm not sure how to do this. (The visas for EU citizen with property in Bulgaria and entrepreneur, etc.)

And advice would be great. Thanks
