Paisiy, VT area info

Hi all! Currently looking to buy and set home in bulgaria and really find the VT area appealing. At the moment my plan is to buy a place which needs some work done and as I have given myself a 10 year period of time to save up money and to work on the property im in no great rush. However I was wondering and wanted to ask what is the tourism like in the VT area. Can expect VT and Elena seen a good amount but is it just limited to these places or does it cover pretty much whole area? When I say tourist I mean hikers/walkers/campers and so on. As I am looking in the area of Paisii (Paisiy) am very interested to hear from Expats in this area but also from the rest of VT area. As a future idea im playing with is setting up an eco-friendly camp site (of course that does not need to be in Paisii but closer to the main pathways and tourist area's if need be, and could buy a second place as a hostel and camp site business).
