Lawyer for business establishment

Hi,
I have a friend in Bulgaria who is an author. I am assisting in having her 3 books translated into English and other languages and have her self-published in the USA with a company that also arranges for global distribution. I need to establish a limited liability company only responsible for amount of capital in the company at the time of registration. We also need contracts drawn for me to represent her interests in the USA where the majority of her book sales will initially be distributed through Walmart, Amazon, Barnes & Noble book stores etcetera. Does anyone know a reputable law firm or attorney (with contact information) so I can contact them? Thanks for whatever help you can give. Ray
