Moving advice

Hi all! I moved to BG last year (Smolyan) and love the country but now wish to buy a house in a different area. I was thinking Aprilsti or Srebren areas. Would be good to meet a few expats wherever I go so would appreciate any input re these 2 areas or any other places where there are a few Brits. Don't miss the UK but missing good conversation :) Any advice please?
