I have just sold my Bulgarian property and its land but am left with the company name which had to be formed by my wife and I in 2007 to purchase the land with the house. We jointly own the company as board of directors. I have the option to close the company down or to sell it and understand that people often want to buy an existing company older than 6 years that has a good credit history as they are able to apply for grants. If you know of any such leads or what I should do to close it down, I would be most grateful. Thanks.
