Looking to build a small holiday village

Hi, me and my partner are looking at buying a plot of land or a house with an amount of land, we are planning on installing 5 log cabins to use as holiday lets to give us a steady income so we can live in Bulgaria, are the chances of us getting permission to do this high or low? Just wanted to ask Brits currently living there for a bit of advice, failing that doesn't go ahead maybe a bed and breakfast would be easier to start up? Thank you in advance for and help
