Hello.We are coming back in August.We have no running water on the property.We need to organize a water pipe/supply.We are in the village of Razgrad.We have already had the water inspector out and he told us we need to go and take our documents etc before they can start the work.He was supposed to come and take us but I guess due to miscommunication it never happened.My question is where do we go?Is it to Lom or Valchedram or Montana.Its not as simple as registering as there is no water supply so they have to do a lot of digging etc apparently.Thank you for your help.
