Is anybody there?

Hi
I arrived in Bulgaria a few days ago. I am currently in V. Tarnovo.
I hired a car to explore the country and perhaps check out some property.
I've tried all the expat sites to see if there is anyone in the country who would meet me for lunch/dinner or a few drinks and perhaps give me some advice on moving to Bulgaria. But after trying on all the sites for months I've had zero response.
Is there anybody here?
