Buying House In Popovo

Hello, I am planning to buy a house near Popovo. I will be getting it surveyed and then the next step will be the purchase process. Has anyone any comments to make about this please? Different websites give different info but if you did it yourself then what you say is trustworthy? I have a few questions which you might be kind enough to answer.
