Looking for a flat to rent (sharing or non-sharing) in Yangon

Hi all,
I will be living and working (UNICEF) in Myanmar for the coming three months (6th of February to 6th of May 2012) and am looking for a flat to rent in Yangon (sharing or non-sharing). If anybody knows/has a place or has some advice, please let me know.
