Moving to Canda

Hi everyone! My wife and I are planning to relocate to Canada but we're not sure where exactly. We don't want to live in big cities as we prefer a quiet/country setting. We are actually looking at this property which is located in Sutton. You can learn more about it here. It caught our attention the most when we were looking at different properties but we are hesitating because honestly, we haven't heard about Sutton before. I believe it's only a small community. I would like to know if it's safe? Or if anyone knows another country setting, please let me know. Thank you!
