Avant Premiere Tickets are available for for the Gala Opening at Cine Mundo of The Soloist, a Joe Wright film staring Jamie Foxx, Robert Downey Jr. and Catherine Keener about a journalist who befriends a street violinist. Avant Premiere Tickets to Cine Mundo are only $10.000 and include a light cocktail with wine provided by Terramater. Your purchase of tickets to this fabulous event benefits the non-profit, Fundacíon Crescendo, as well as Chile Uno (an organization supporting 200 families made homeless by the earthquakes in Bio Bio). Proceeds go to support Crescendo in their work with adults who have intellectual disabilities and to Chile Uno in their efforts to rebuild houses and sources of income in the Caleta Tubul which was destroyed in the earthquake and tsunami. It's likely the only time the movie, starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jamie Foxx, will be shown in Chile, so don't miss it! Each organization will make a brief presentation about their work followed by “The Soloist” in English with subtitles in Spanish.

It promises to be an outstanding opportunity to learn more about a wonderful program (I personally have volunteered for Fundacíon Crescendo) while benefiting many in need and at the same time enjoy an award winning film!!
