I want to move to chile...

Hi,

I am very seriously considering moving to chile in one of two areas, arica, or valpo... I currently live stateside. I have for almost nine years now made surfboards, as well as become an accomplished chef and bartender... I am looking for any information about moving to chile, finding work, housing, transportation... Also if there is any surfboard factories and where they might be located? how difficult is finding work with proper paperwork? how difficult is finding housing? what the cost of living ( modestly) might be? anything really! If anyone has intimate knowledge on any of these topics, please! lend me your thoughts and ideas!
