Dear fellow expats,

Two colleagues from Universidad Católica and I are conducting a survey about service quality in Chile. We would like to learn about your expectations and perceptions of service quality. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and can be answered in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
