I'm an american, planning to move to Chile in January. I work via the internet, so I can choose to live anywhere in the world that offers reliable high speed internet. I'd like to know the following:
1) For someone who hates to live in places that are very hot & humid, but prefer modest temperates 60 - 85 degrees, what are some good quality cities I should consider that has lots of expats?
2) In connection with question #1....I'm not interested in living in a central city or other noisy busy congested areas. I prefer to live in a quite, family oriented area of a city or better yet on the edge of a city. Any suggestions?
3) Regarding the cities you recommended, what is the average price for rent, move-in costs and what documentation is needed?
