Looking for partner for Mountain Boutique Hotel, Lot development and working Farm.

I start a project in Pencahue, Chile.
81 acre property on Maule-Pencahue Valley.

-22 acres are plated for farming and currently is used for tomatoes. It brings around $60k per year.

-49 acres are plated for lot development, 20 lots from 2 acres to 6 acres.

- 4 acre lot reserved for boutique Hotel already plated.

- 2 acre lot reserved for community also plated.

- 4 acre lot reserved for partners residences

Ideal partnership opportunity if you're moving to Chile, and your plan is to stay busy by bringing 20 families into the community, help running the 6 suite boutique hotel, growth organic foods, etc, etc.

Project already start and is on Phase I, and we need a partner to share the costs and benefits of this profitable and amazing protect.
