Income taxes

Hello.

I'm a US citizen considering a retirement move to Chile. Assuming I already have permanent residency. My income is in the form of US retirement income from real estate rentals, stock dividends and social security. I'd have zero income earned in Chile.

Does Chile tax world wide income?

I would like to continue filing my US 1040 and paying US income taxes on my income earned in the US and pay NO income taxes in Chile.
May I do this?

Are there any other forms of income or asset taxes imposed by Chile, like a European tax on net assets, for example?

Any advice is appreciated?

Thanks
