Help-are govt offices closed Nov 1 &2?

I am visiting Santiago and had planned to take care of some things today at government offices only to find the front door chained closed. I called ahead of today (about this date) and was never told that today was a holiday. I read now that today is All saints day, and tomorrow is Reformation day. There is no information on any chilean government website or Facebook page ( that I can find) that says they are closed today or tomorrow. Obviously they are closed today. Does anyone know if they will be closed tomorrow as well? Or any days next week?
