Worth to Come to Beijing?

Dear everyone,

I recently being offered a job in Beijing. However not sure if worth to take it up, as the job is actually more demanding than my current job. The package is actually very plain and not higher than my current, just around RMB630K per annum. Without any other allowances. Well, I have been hearing from others that nows a day it is hard to find expat package. Not sure if it is worth to bite the bullet to go China for the sake of experience and, hopefully better career?

Hope to opinion from anyone out there who has the experience...
