Moving to Columbia in February

I am looking for a job in Bogota. I am American and work for the US government in International Public Health but I am really open to many things. I want to learn SPanish and live in Bogota. I have a Masters of Science in Public Health for Developing Countries and have studied 6 years of Spanish. I can speak but want to live and become fluent. I think I can teach, do research, start a business ... Any thoughts? Your experience is greatly appreciated
