How Fast is High Speed Internet in Cartagena?

Hi,

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm considering moving to Cartagena and many apartments are listed as having high speed internet. I will be working from home, and need very fast internet.

Could anybody give me an idea of either what speeds are possible/commonly offered, or what you yourself have?
