Budget Hotels in CTG and Sta Marta

I do not understand why nobody wants to answer my question I posted in this forum 5 days ago. I will pretty soon be in the above cities on an exploration trip to find out about costs of life, safety etc. I would be very grateful if somebody could help me in finding in these cities a safe and centrally located budget hotel My budget for accomodation is about 30 USD per night
