Teaching jobs/apts for rent in Medellin??

Hi, I'm moving to Medellin mid-May and looking for any advice re: English teaching jobs, preferably corporate (I have my TEFL cert.,Bachelor's degree, am a native speaker from the US and have almost 4 years teaching exp in various countries)...planning to stay 6-12 months in Medellin but .heard it's very difficult to find jobs and to rent an apt...I'd like to live in Envigado...I don't know anyone and have never been there so if anyone would like to offer any advice or knows of any jobs or apts for rent, that would be so amazing!!! I can skype anytime too...hope to hear from someone please :-)
