Coming to Colombia from Nicaragua

I have been retired and living in Nicaragua for five years. I own a small tiki-like (primitive luxury at Cheap Charlie prices) hostel in Rivas Nicaragua..... I like it here in Nicaragua but I seek a second home on or very near the Carib waters where I can enjoy fishing, sailing and swimming. I don´t care for the beach scenes here in Nicaragua as they are full of drunks, bums and drug addicts, mostly overbearing gingos unfortuately. Corn Islands of Nicaragua are on beautiful Carib waters but are too primitive, dirty and also plagued by drug delaers..... I realize I´m inviting some caustoic replies with this question, but can anyone in the know, recommend a great beach town/village in Colombia on the Caribbean? Any constructive info appreciated. mike www.NicaraguaOverCoffee.com
