Teaching English/Nanny

Hi everyone, I was wondering if people knew if I could easily find a job being a Nanny who teaches English to the Children and if it could pay more than just teaching English. I have an interview with Berlitz for the English test when I get back, but was wondering if this could generate more income or at least be a more reliable and consistent form of income. If I did would it be best to volunteer or work at a daycare for a while and see if I can find a family or is there a place for advertisements for this?

Also, if I can get a job contract teaching English, is it easy enough to apply for a Visa?
