E85 Vehicles?

Colombia is pushing use of, and production of, ethenol, but at the same time when I search car dealer sites in Bogota I am not finding any E85 vehicles offered. Either there are very few vehicles or they are all capable so the dealer is not bothering to mention that. Anybody out there know what's available?
