Quetest place to live in Cartagena?

I've lived in Costa Rica, I've lived in Panama over a year, and the challenge is finding quiet apartments to rent! It's Latin America after all - I get it! I love to dance the night away, but having quiet nights without dogs barking...is there such a thing anywhere in Cartagena???

I'm fine with living a bit outside of Cartagena if that means less noise, I did that in Costa Rica. But internet is crucial since that's how I still make my living.

I plan on moving there in June so maybe the best is to find a realtor to guide me down the path. But I always like to ask the local expats for their expertise.
