I would like to hear from folks across the country and see, what the average places are like. Does most areas go without water and electric for short times during the day?? Most apts have no A/C, no hot water?? What are your real complaints about daily living probs?? I have customer service is a headache and very slow at most businesses and government offices. I would like to hear folks really speak up. Please,, Gary
