How safe is it to own a Harley Davidson In Cali ?

I am married to a Colombiana for 11 years now and we will be moving from the USA back to Cali in a few years..I am aware of the crime problem but how safe is it to own an exopensive bike like that vs. a honda type bike? Will I be a target and get shot at for my bike? Also the bike must be bought in Colombia unless it is new and shipped from the US.Correct ?
