Planning move to Latin America

For the last two years I have had an instinct to move to Latin America and am naturally drawn to Colombia in particular. Have travelled Latin America a lot and am learning Spanish at present. Am considering moving by the end of the year and would like to start looking at work options for when I go. Ideally I'd like to set something up in advance. I have quite a few transferrable creative and management skills and am ideally looking for something where I can continue to develop my Spanish skills. I do not mind if its even low paid and not impressive work, just open to suggestions to start the journey as it were. Any replies much appreciated.
